§ 01Why clean

A dirty list burns your reputation.

Every dead, disposable, or mistyped address chips away at deliverability — verify first and send to a list that lands.

Cut your bounce rate

Remove dead and mistyped addresses before you hit send, so bounces stay low and your mail keeps reaching inboxes.

Protect sender reputation

Repeated bounces and spam-trap hits erode the reputation mailbox providers score you on. A clean list keeps it healthy.

Catch disposable domains

Flag temporary, throwaway inboxes that inflate your list size but never open, click, or convert.

Recover typos

Detect slips like "gmial.com" and surface the corrected address so you keep the lead instead of losing it.

Filter personal providers

Identify Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook addresses when you need clean, business-only data for B2B outreach.

Verify in bulk, fast

Paste up to 50 addresses and get a per-address verdict — valid, risky, or invalid — without leaving the page.

Keep your whole list clean, automatically.

Verify unlimited addresses, keep your list clean automatically, and send with Bitelio. The free plan needs no credit card.

Frequently asked questions

What does the bulk email verifier check?

For each address it validates the syntax, confirms the domain exists in DNS, and checks that the domain has MX records able to receive mail. It also flags disposable/throwaway domains, alias and forwarding addresses, plus-addressed emails, and free/personal providers like Gmail. It does not perform an SMTP catch-all mailbox ping, so it will not tell you whether one specific mailbox behind a catch-all domain actually exists.

How many emails can I verify at once?

This free tool verifies up to 50 addresses per run. Paste a longer list and it checks the first 50 and tells you how many were skipped. For unlimited bulk verification, automatic list cleaning, and continuous re-verification, create a free Bitelio account.

What do valid, risky, and invalid mean?

Valid means correct syntax with a domain that has working MX records and no red flags — safe to send. Invalid means the domain does not exist, has no MX records, or the address is malformed — safe to remove. Risky means the address is technically deliverable but flagged as disposable, an alias/forwarding address, plus-addressed, or a free/personal provider; review these before sending.

Does it detect disposable and role addresses?

Yes. It flags known disposable and throwaway domains as well as alias/forwarding addresses so you can decide whether to keep them. Disposable inboxes rarely engage and often expire, dragging down your open and click rates over time.

Is my list saved anywhere?

The tool checks each address on demand against DNS and pattern rules, one at a time — nothing from this free tool is saved to a Bitelio account. To store, segment, and continuously re-verify your list as it grows, sign up for a free account.
